When can a station be installed?
We’re preparing our Sydney launch. Installation dates will be confirmed in your written proposal after the model, location and venue approval are agreed.
How much does a rental cost?
Our proposed guest options are $5 for the first hour plus $1 for each additional hour, or a $10 eight-hour pass. The applicable price and complete rental terms are displayed before payment.
Can guests pay by tapping their card?
Tap-and-go capability is confirmed for the selected model and payment configuration before installation.
Where do guests return the power bank?
Guests should return it to the designated station shown in their rental instructions. Return locations and conditions are displayed before rental.
Can the power banks charge laptops?
Laptop charging depends on the final power bank output and the laptop’s requirements. Compatibility is confirmed for the selected model; phone charging should not be treated as a guarantee of laptop support.
What does the venue need to provide?
A suitable location with power access, clear walkways and convenient rental and return access. Placement and commercial terms are agreed with your team before installation.
