Rental Information

This page provides a general guide. The complete price, authorisation, return and replacement terms for a particular rental are displayed through the applicable station or payment interface before payment.

Proposed pricing

Our proposed options are $5 for the first hour plus $1 for each additional hour, or $10 for up to eight hours. The price displayed at the station before payment is the price that applies to that rental.

Before renting

Review the displayed price, payment authorisation, supported connectors, return instructions, time limits and any unreturned-item charge. Only confirm the rental if you agree.

Use and care

Use the power bank only for compatible devices and ordinary charging. Keep it dry and away from excessive heat, fire, impact, tampering and children without supervision. Stop using it if it appears damaged, unusually hot, swollen or unsafe.

Returns

Return the power bank to a compatible designated station and follow the on-screen confirmation process. Keep any confirmation or receipt until the rental has been finalised.

Problems and refunds

If a unit does not dispense, charge or return correctly, keep your receipt and report the station location, date, approximate time and transaction details through the support channel displayed at the station. Refunds and remedies are assessed under the applicable rental terms and Australian Consumer Law.
